🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field •0-2 years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or a related field; internship experience is valuable •Familiarity with common authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS) •Basic knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles •Basic understanding of multimedia development and graphic design principles •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment •Creativity and enthusiasm for creating engaging learning experiences •Solid analytical and problem-solving skills •Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment •Eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date with instructional design best practices and e-learning technologies •Travel required for periodic team onsites •Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment
