• 10+ years of communications experience leading, creating, and executing communications strategies, plans, and content for multi-brand organizations or enterprises. • In-house, communications consulting, and/or agency experience are applicable. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field with a preference for majors in Communications, English, or Journalism. • Must have experience in fintech and external communications/PR. • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to translate a range of topics -- including in urgent/crisis situations -- into clear, compelling communications that resonate with internal audiences. • Strong proficiency using communication tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, digital and social platforms, and virtual meeting platforms (i.e., Zoom, MS Teams).
