Requirements

•2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Data Analyst, with a focus on data cleaning and analytics. •Proficiency in Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, Data Loader, and Excel for data manipulation. •Experience with Salesforce data archiving strategies and tools, including Grax. •Salesforce Admin certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator) is highly desirable. •Knowledge of tools like Workbench, Field Trip, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. •Experience working with data governance frameworks and policies. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. •Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and correcting data inconsistencies. •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. •Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) •Data Accuracy Rate: Percentage of error-free records after data cleaning. •Reduction in Duplicate Records: Measurable decrease in the number of duplicate entries over time. •Data Archiving Compliance: Percentage of data archived in compliance with retention policies. •Report and Dashboard Utilization: Frequency and relevance of reports used by business teams. •Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from users regarding data integrity and reporting quality.
