• Visits with BHHC’s wholesale agency partners nationally • Monitors and fosters agency relationships • Grows a book of business • Arranges virtual visits and in-person travel to call on wholesale agents nationally • Acts as decision maker regarding agency appointments, commitments, and terminations • Identifies opportunities for new business • Develops marketing strategy for assigned agents • In-person travel approximately 50% of the time
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent • 7-10 years related work experience • Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products • Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance
