Description
• Join a dynamic Product team responsible for delivering improvements to digital content • Support, mentor, and guide team members across projects and initiatives • Oversee complex, dependency-heavy projects and foster continuous feedback & opportunity assessment • Involve in commercial opportunities, assess product and integration prospects
Requirements
• Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills • Compassion, empathy and humility and the confidence, drive and understanding to empower and enable others • Demonstrable experience monitoring and assessing the success of product improvements, and actioning iterative change/employing learnings • A focus on and understanding of project organization, delivery and management • Willingness to learn and unlearn • Respect for all others • Skill at mentoring, supporting and leading others to bring out their best skills/abilities without overexerting influence, control or input • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, outcome driven statements • Ability to work effectively with engineers, designers and operational experts, understanding and investing in cross-team improvements • Experience working cross-functionally, and the ability to prioritize projects based on business impact • Self-regulation - to be calm under pressure • Assertiveness - to be able to work with others to bring about positive change • Familiarity with product management & analytics tools (Posthog, Linear)
