π Description
β’ Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, responsible for guiding the strategic direction of EDB Postgres AI. β’ Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the new data platform. β’ Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments for product alignment. β’ Drive OLTP-focused product initiatives, ensuring the platform is optimized for high-volume transactional processes. β’ Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights. β’ Engage directly with customers to gather feedback on the platform. β’ Clearly communicate product strategy, updates, and KPIs to stakeholders. β’ Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.
π― Requirements
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred. β’ 8+ years of leadership experience in product management, with a focus on data platforms; OLTP use cases and AI β’ Demonstrated track record of leading successful product launches in the data platform domain. β’ Strong technical acumen and the ability to converse with engineers, architects, and data scientists. β’ Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to inspire cross-functional teams. β’ Familiarity with current data technologies and architectures.
