Description

• Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, responsible for guiding the strategic direction of EDB Postgres AI. • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the new data platform. • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other departments for product alignment. • Drive OLTP-focused product initiatives, ensuring the platform is optimized for high-volume transactional processes. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights. • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback on the platform. • Clearly communicate product strategy, updates, and KPIs to stakeholders. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred. • 8+ years of leadership experience in product management, with a focus on data platforms; OLTP use cases and AI • Demonstrated track record of leading successful product launches in the data platform domain. • Strong technical acumen and the ability to converse with engineers, architects, and data scientists. • Exceptional leadership qualities and ability to inspire cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with current data technologies and architectures.
