Chainlink is the industry-standard platform for providing access to real-world data, offchain computation, and secure cross-chain interoperability across any blockchain. • The Product Team at Chainlink Labs is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions for the rapidly evolving world of DeFi, on-chain finance, gaming, NFTs, and other major verticals. • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager leader for the role of Product Manager, Enterprise Abstraction Layer (Relayer).

• Proven track record: The candidate must have a strong background in building technical blockchain-related infrastructure targeted at banks, demonstrating their ability to deliver successful products that have gained traction in the market. • Excellent product management skills: The candidate should possess exceptional product management skills, including the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap to meet business objectives. • Technical expertise: A deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and related concepts is essential. The candidate should be familiar with industry standards, protocols, and best practices. • Strong collaboration and communication skills: The candidate must be capable of collaborating effectively with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial to facilitate effective communication with customers and contribute to the pre-sales process. • Analytical and strategic thinking: The candidate must possess the ability to think strategically and consider the broader implications of the Enterprise Abstraction Layer (EAL) within the context of Capital Markets, Real World Assets (RWA) standards, and its integration with other components.
