Description

•We are seeking a finance leader to oversee FP&A and drive FP&A and the broader financial strategy of our organization. •In this role, you will shape the company’s approach to resource allocation and provide key insights to leadership on opportunities to drive value and help empower our Vikings to achieve success. •This role requires an experienced finance leader who can balance strategic vision with operational precision, seamlessly interface with cross-functional teams, and contribute to our growth ambitions. •Responsibilities include driving annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives, collaborating with Product and Data teams, assessing financial implications of strategic initiatives, serving as financial liaison to the board, designing KPI frameworks, and evaluating acquisitions for strategic investments.

Requirements

•FP&A Experience: 6+ YOE in finance, in a FP&A, operational finance, and strategic financial capacity •Industry Experience: 3+ YOE in a software company •Cross-Org Influence: 1+ YOE in a role regularly interfacing with Product and Data teams •Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences •Bonus: Experience reporting into a board or CEO •Bonus: Experience as the sole finance resource in an organization •Bonus: Experience modeling LTV cohorts at a consumer company •Bonus: Experience modeling ROAS at a consumer company •Bonus: Exposure to mid-market and sub-scale M&A •Bonus: Experience with no-code financial modeling tools (e.g. Runway)
