📋 Description

• Commercial Finance Manager role managing premium reporting and reconciliation. • Oversee financial controls and compliance, leading a team of two Finance Data Analysts. • Focus on efficiency improvements and automation in financial processes. • Engage with internal and external stakeholders for financial reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in financial reporting, large-scale reconciliations, and process automation. • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset. • Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory frameworks. • Experience within a financial services environment is a plus. • Proficiency in financial technology and automation tools. • Hands-on approach. • Commercial mindset. • Management experience would be nice but not essential. • Professional finance qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) desirable but 5 years+ experience is just as good.
