• Lead implementation of new insurer management approach • Manage launch of new insurance administration platform • Transition payment solutions from current provider to Stripe • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations • Coordinate with stakeholders across departments • Prioritise Consumer Duty in all projects
Requirements
• A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in insurance or financial services • Ability to run several projects at once and manage interdependencies • Knowledge of FCA regulations • Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders • Methodical approach to project planning • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques • Customer-first mindset • Strong communication skills
