• Manage the setup and coordination of new projects, ensuring all resources, processes, and documentation are in place for successful execution. • Develop guides and templates to capture and manage project requirements and streamline workflows. • Balance Agile and Waterfall project management approaches, depending on the project needs, while ensuring a strong focus on people and process management. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and project milestones are met. • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are on track, adjusting processes where necessary to drive efficiency. • Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical teams, focusing on clear communication and problem-solving. • Maintain oversight of project timelines, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. • Handle administrative tasks, such as creating contractor IDs, setting up daily stand-ups, and establishing requirement-gathering frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on people and process management. • Ability to seamlessly navigate both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting project management styles based on team and project requirements. • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage project setups, documentation, and ongoing coordination. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements across technical and non-technical teams. • A proactive approach, with a mindset focused more on business operations and management than traditional IT structures. • Familiarity with data management processes and being “data savvy” to support decision-making.
