Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of project goals. • Work with cross-functional teams , including data engineers, analysts, and data architects , to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities. • Enable teams to deliver data solutions by removing impediments and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. • Support the design and development of data solutions by ensuring that Agile methodologies are effectively applied throughout the data pipeline and data modeling processes. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the data platforms and tools being built align with business needs and data governance frameworks. • Assist in managing the data backlog , helping teams prioritize tasks and meet key milestones. • Provide guidance on DataOps practices, supporting continuous integration and deployment in the data ecosystem. • Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure that business objectives are being met. • Drive continuous improvement within the Agile team by promoting best practices and optimizing delivery processes. • Support post-implementation processes to ensure that the data solutions meet ongoing business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master , ideally with a focus on data-driven projects within the financial services industry. • Solid understanding of data engineering , data analytics , and business intelligence platforms. • Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, especially in data and analytics environments . • Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality , and data pipeline management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms. • Strong leadership and facilitation skills, fostering a collaborative and efficient Agile culture. • Eagerness to stay updated on new technologies and Agile methodologies, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
