β€’ Supervise and guide a team of sales professionals β€’ Develop skills as a manager through a player/coach approach β€’ Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the sales team β€’ Collaborate with sales manager and senior leadership β€’ Support professional development of the sales team β€’ Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics β€’ Collaborate with sales team in building and nurturing relationships with key customers β€’ Foster collaboration and coordination with other departments β€’ Assist in sales administration tasks

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales β€’ Strong leadership potential with a desire to develop β€’ Solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs β€’ Strong collaborative mindset β€’ Prior experience selling into the Heavy Equipment vertical a plus
