Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, sales, or partnership roles, preferably in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sectors. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Deep understanding of on/off-ramp services, crypto wallets, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems. • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in crypto/fiat transactions. • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and sales metrics. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
