• Identify and evaluate Web3 projects with strong potential for investment and market making • Develop and maintain relationships with crypto VC firms and other key players in the Web3 ecosystem • Build and execute business development strategies to expand the company's portfolio • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields • Prior experience in business development, sales or exchange listings within the Web3 space • Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem • Knowledge of the Web3 market and current narratives • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated track record of successful deal-making and investment • Ability to collaborate with team members in a remote-first, global setting • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
