Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues • Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervision • Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude • Past internship experiences in Consulting, Web3, Finance, or Technology firms and project contribution / involvement would be a plus • Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus • Proficiency in Excel is a must, other Data Analytics tools is a plus • Bilingual English/Turkish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
