📋 Description
• Manage and build high performing teams by attracting and developing top talent • Ensure delivery teams have clear priorities and adequate resources • Report operational KPIs to measure progress and facilitate data-driven decision making • Mature agile engineering practices such as CI/CD, test driven development, pair programming • Provide technical leadership, ensuring that technical standards and best practices are established
🎯 Requirements
• Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar degree • 7+ years hands-on experience architecting, contributing to code bases, and successfully delivering customer facing software • 5+ years experience managing, mentoring, coaching, and leading all levels of Software Engineers • 3+ years experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms • Ability to assess skills of Software Engineers and overall productivity of a delivery team • Expert knowledge of software engineering best practices
