β€’ Drive and expand business throughout Academic accounts in Sweden & Denmark β€’ Responsible for maintaining high customer and market knowledge β€’ Deliver new revenue through engagement of key opinion leaders β€’ Visit customers in person 3-4 days per week β€’ Engage customers through various communication routes β€’ Develop strategic regional campaigns for target accounts β€’ Work with product specialist teams to create Account Specific Strategies β€’ Identify innovative techniques to increase product awareness β€’ Increase publication rate within impacting journals β€’ Utilize commercial data to drive revenue generation β€’ Ensure account growth by understanding research and product fit β€’ Maintain relations with high profile contacts β€’ Develop strategies for routine purchasing β€’ Lead Academic Strategies to positively impact wider region β€’ Build strong understanding of key academic networks

🎯 Requirements

β€’ B.S./B.A. in a Life Science discipline or closely related field, M.S., Ph.D. or M.B.A. a plus β€’ 3-5 years’ experience in Life Science Sales with deep knowledge of the Nordics market β€’ Proficient in digital platforms, financial analysis, and tracking ROI/KPIs β€’ Proven ability to independently develop and execute strategies in a competitive, target-driven environment β€’ Comfortable working toward financial targets and accountable for meeting associated KPIs β€’ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment β€’ Innovative, out-of-the-box thinking and flexibility to varying work demands β€’ Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally β€’ Fluent in English & preferably Swedish
