📋 Description

• Develop and execute the implementation of sales objectives and bookings goals. • Drive new sales for the assigned business unit through sales teams. • Support development of new offerings with Product Management. • Participate in sales and related meetings to support key opportunities. • Coordinate with Business Development for winning strategies. • Negotiate new business contracts, achieving sales goals. • Lead meetings and analyze data to drive strategic initiatives. • Manage and track sales activities through key performance metrics. • Collaborate with sales and product management for alignment. • Provide ongoing product training for Business Development. • Handle administrative responsibilities including time management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of sales experience • Proven ability to execute a sales strategy • Knowledgeable in clinical research and diagnostics • Experience in both large and small company environments • Record of success in major account and consultative sales • Experience managing large, multinational accounts • Successful experience selling within the clinical research market • Track record of aggressive sales achievement • Effective time and travel management skills • Strong organizational skills • Ability to travel regularly for business
