• Provide first-level customer service in support of clinical trials • Research and recommend vendors and various services • Work with clinical sites to ensure accessibility to our technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or MIS, or related degrees • 1-3 years of experience in the field of mobile telecommunications or technical support • Familiarity with Wireless, Wired, Wi-Fi, GSM, LTE (2G, 3G, 4G), GPRS and other telecommunication standards, protocols, and practices. • Healthcare, medical, or clinical experience is advantageous but not essential, full training will be provided • Strong interest in the application of new technology to the clinical trials process
