β€’ The Project Manager is an individual contributor accountable for implementing assigned projects for BDC. Responsibilities include obtaining, clarifying, and managing scope, budget, quality, safety, and schedule within approved parameters and providing structured and detailed reports to management. β€’ Tasks include but are not limited to, project scheduling, design and engineering task coordination, project reporting, construction execution resource procurement, material procurement, identification and obtaining required building permits, contract administration and relationship management with external customers, vendors, local authorities and regulatory agencies. Interacts routinely with key internal and external stakeholders including senior management, and governmental and regulatory officials. β€’ This position reports to the Director Project Management and has the ability to be remote.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of proven working experience in Construction Management β€’ Experience with various project delivery methods including EPC, Multi Prime, and Design Bid Build. β€’ Advanced knowledge of building techniques/products, regulations and quality standards β€’ Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Project) β€’ Familiarity with construction management software, Procore a plus β€’ BS degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Engineering β€’ Ability to identify project issues early and implement corrective measures β€’ Excellent time and project management skills β€’ Possess leadership skills and identify β€œbig picture”
