Description

• Responsible for overall management of projects including design, communications, and budgets. • Assist in preparing and implementing annual business goals and strategic business plans. • Overall personnel management of assigned team members. • May require domestic and international travel. • Manage clients/projects and ensure compliance with regulations. • Coaches, mentors, and motivates project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field. • Minimum of ten (10) years’ job-related experience. • Licensure/Certification: AICP, RLA or PE (Preferred). • Familiarity with federal planning projects, particularly Department of Defense. • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, and rendering software. • Strong oral & written communication skills and strong organizational & time management skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
