• BioMarin is a biotechnology company pursuing bold science to create transformative medicines. • This OCM Communications & Engagement lead role is key for ERP change management. • Lead communication strategies that support ERP program adoption and stakeholder engagement. • Collaborate with various teams to manage communication and change effectively. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement with stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Work experience in a similar transformational effort, such as an ERP S4/HANA program or similar enterprise/local deployment in the bio-pharma context is required. • Certification as a Change Management Practitioner is preferred. • Ability to use data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement opportunities. • Anticipating change management challenges to help program leadership resolve them quickly and efficiently. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, forward looking with a holistic approach, and move toward a shared vision and goal.
