Description

• The BioMarin Summer Internship Program will enable students to gain valuable experience and knowledge of the processes and systems within BioMarin • This role supports Demand Planning in understanding demand dataset and proposes product segmentation • The role also involves devising appropriate forecast targets and developing a process/tool to drive sustained forecast accuracy improvement • Responsible for providing recommendations in regard to market segmentation and accuracy targets • Identify, track, and maintain relevant, effective performance metrics related to Forecast segmentation.

Requirements

• Master's candidate majoring in supply chain with data science, statistics, or engineering training or background • Must be available to work full time, 40 hours a week • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. based university or college and enrolled in the fall term after the completion of the internship OR have graduated within 1 year of the start of the program • Must be able to relocate if necessary and work at the designated site for the duration of the internship for on-site, hybrid roles • Some positions will be open to remote interns, but employee must be within United States boarders.
