📋 Description
• Lead the transformation of Supply Chain operational standards and systems for global commercial requirements. • Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, and production control. • Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate strategies. • Improve customer satisfaction and operating efficiency through leadership and process reforms. • Develop a digital strategy and roadmap for Supply Chain.
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of supply chain experience with understanding of supply chain and operations processes. • Experience in GMP production, supply planning, corporate strategy, logistics, and project management. • Proven track record of developing end-to-end supply chain strategies and programs. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business; post-graduate education preferred. • Experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology industries, or other highly regulated industries. • Experience in design, build, and optimization of supply chain processes and systems. • Proven track record in developing and deploying structure and process for leading supply chain. • Excellent interpersonal and demonstrated influencing skills. • Experience managing interdisciplinary development teams. • APICS, Lean, and/or Six Sigma certifications. • SAP implementation experience.
