Description

• Field Sales Team Leader role with a base salary of £30,000 • Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £60k) • Opportunities available Nationwide • Join Bionic to simplify business essentials for SMEs • Lead a team of up to 6 field agents • Drive team performance and sales targets • Structured training to develop leadership and sales skills • Mentor and support team members for high performance

Requirements

• 18+ months of field sales experience and managing a territory • Strong lead generation background • Minimum 6 months of experience in team leadership (preferably in B2B sales or lead generation within the utilities sector) • Exceptional resilience and ability to overcome challenges • Strong communication skills for relationship-building with team members and customers • Self-management and accountability in driving results and team motivation • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach • Valid driver's license and car insurance suitable for business use, with access to a vehicle (monthly car allowance and fuel card provided)
