Description
• Lead a team of up to 6 field agents in a remote setting. • Identify customer needs and generate sales opportunities. • Mentor and support team members to achieve high performance. • Spend 4 days per week in the field developing leads and enhancing team skills. • Assess individual team performance and provide constructive feedback. • Monitor team results and report weekly statistics to management.
Requirements
• 18+ months of field sales experience and managing a territory • Strong lead generation background • Minimum 6 months of experience in team leadership (preferably in B2B sales or lead generation within the utilities sector) • Exceptional resilience and ability to overcome challenges • Strong communication skills for relationship-building with team members and customers • Self-management and accountability in driving results and team motivation • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach • Valid driver's license and car insurance suitable for business use, with access to a vehicle (monthly car allowance and fuel card provided)
