Description

• Responsible for leading the Security department at BioRender. • Create and implement IT & Security policies that meet company objectives. • Maintain the integrity and security of information systems against cyber threats.

Requirements

• Strong preference for candidates with a background in enterprise SaaS, combined with experience in a startup or high-growth environment. • Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing AI security initiatives, including securing machine learning models, ensuring data privacy, and safeguarding against AI-specific threats. • Proven experience as a Manager of Security, or similar managerial role, with a strong focus on information security. • Extensive experience with Security Framework and the balance between cybersecurity and compliance. • Knowledge of current IT trends, cybersecurity threats, and risk management practices. • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of Security professionals. • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing security projects from conception to implementation. • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
