• Legal Counsel II providing support for intellectual property and compliance at BioRender. • Ensure compliance with global data privacy and data protection regulations. • Legal assistance for commercial activities, including SaaS-related agreements. • Facilitate Go-To-Market deal closings and renewals. • Analyze and optimize the legal playbook.
Requirements
• 5-10 years (Attorney) of in-house SaaS legal experience, particularly with IP, Commercial and Procurement support, Privacy, Product counseling. • Has strong personal success as a cross-functional team player • US or Canada-based with global experience.
