📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Assist the Business Development Manager - Japan in supporting business growth and profitability objectives. • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Japanese market by researching industry trends. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and partners in Japan to develop and secure new business opportunities. • Track and document sales activities in CRM. • Collaborate with the Japan office's sales and marketing teams to enhance brand recognition, increase market share, and improve customer retention. • Develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, and market position. • Manage marketing activities, including the development of marketing materials and participation in tradeshows and events related to the Japanese market. • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on submitted information via phone or email, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams in Japan.
🎯 Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Marketing preferred. • Experience in Services, Product Marketing, or SaaS/Cloud Software is highly desirable. • Native level of Japanese and business level of English. • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Japanese and English. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong organizational and administrative skills. • Business-to-business (B2B) marketing experience. • High attention to detail. • Team player with strong collaboration skills. • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
