• This is a remote position. • PSC Software, a division of PSC Biotech, is a leading provider of cutting-edge, cloud-based quality management and regulatory compliance solutions. • Our software helps organizations streamline processes, ensure compliance, and improves overall efficiency, delivering exceptional value to our clients. • The role focuses on enhancing our online presence through effective website management, SEO strategies, paid campaign execution, and competitive analysis. • Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience and conversion rates. • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking. • Plan, implement, and analyze paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. • Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and uncover opportunities for differentiation. • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI. • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment between campaigns and messaging strategies. • Develop compelling content including social media content, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and so on ensuring the development of high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools. • Assist with other marketing responsibilities such as content creation and event management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in website management, SEO, paid advertising, and competitive analysis. • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). • Ability to work both collaboratively across teams and independently to effectively execute critical marketing initiatives. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Excellent organization and time-management capabilities. • Strong attention to detail. • Goal and results oriented.
