Description

• Our mission is to make business operations more efficient, saving time for the billions of people we touch. • As a rapidly scaling company, we’re looking for high-caliber Account Executives to drive excellence in sales and help us expand globally. • You will work closely with Sales Managers, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure clients receive tailored, high-impact solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in CRM, marketing automation, or a related field. • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience with multi-stakeholder deals, including engagements with C-suite executives. • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning—willing to dive deep into Bird’s solutions and industry trends. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a simple, compelling way. • Proficiency with CRM software, sales enablement tools, and pipeline management platforms. • A strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute account growth strategies effectively.
