• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in inside sales or lead generation. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on listening and understanding customer needs. • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performance sales environment. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and sales enablement tools.
