Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals. • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed quota and deliver outstanding results. • Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles, with a focus on CRM or similar technologies. • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and navigate complex deal structures. • Strategic mindset and the ability to develop and execute long-term account plans. • Proficiency in CRM tools (Bird preferred) and pipeline management software.
