• Manage and lead a team of high-performing Account Executives. • Drive revenue growth and manage sales processes. • Foster a culture of excellence within the field sales team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Bird’s go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results. • 2+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams and driving performance. • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and experience in managing multi-stakeholder deals. • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Bird preferred) and pipeline management tools.
