📋 Description
• As a Product Owner at Tyr Rewards, you will play a critical role in defining and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our rewarded apps. • You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our users' needs and drive business growth. • Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Tyr Rewards app. • Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products. • Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends. • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for improvement. • Contribute to the development of user acquisition and retention strategies. • Manage relationships with partners who provide rewards or other value-added services.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a fast-paced technology environment. • Experience with rewarded apps or mobile gaming is required. • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. • Strong understanding of tracking and reporting of MMP’s and Web based tracking solutions. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Demonstrated experience in driving mobile engagement and optimization through A/B testing. • Passion for building innovative and user-friendly mobile products. • Understanding of Flutter & SQL is a plus.
