• TyrRewards is seeking an experienced Monetization Manager specializing in incentive-based ad campaigns. • Focuses on optimizing offerwall campaigns, driving user engagement, and maximizing revenue. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key partners to achieve campaign goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. • At least 2-4 years of experience in incentive-based ad monetization and experience in Offerwall/Rewarded Promotion. • Experienced in managing multiple accounts / clients • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Basic knowledge with attributing platforms such as Appsflyer, Adjust and other MMP's
