📋 Description
• Partner with the CPO to set and execute strategic priorities. • Develop processes that improve collaboration and efficiency across Product and Engineering. • Serve as a liaison between Product & Engineering and other key business units. • Provide research, insights, and recommendations for data-driven decision-making. • Act as a key voice in fostering an innovative, high-performance, and inclusive culture. • Own and manage leadership team meetings, including agenda setting. • Lead and support critical initiatives that contribute to the company’s growth and scalability. • Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness across Product & Engineering.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles in high-growth SaaS, technology, or enterprise software company. • Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence at an executive level. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Exceptional communication and executive presence; ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization. • Experience in managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. • Deep understanding of product development, engineering processes, and SaaS business models. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
