📋 Description
• Own and drive the product strategy for Seismic’s Financial Services, ensuring continued leadership in the market. • Lead a team of product managers, fostering innovation and execution excellence. • Collaborate closely with executive leadership as well as cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive innovation for customers in a highly regulated industry. • Engage with clients and industry leaders to anticipate emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and evolving customer needs. • Deliver measurable business outcomes, supporting revenue growth, customer retention, and adoption of Seismic’s Financial Service offerings.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles. • Deep expertise in Financial Services, fintech, or B2B SaaS solutions. • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders. • Experience managing complex product portfolios in regulated industries. • Data-driven decision-making and execution-focused leadership. • Preferred Qualifications: Background in enterprise content management, automation, or AI-driven personalization. • Experience with financial services compliance and risk management. • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. • Certifications in product management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Marketing Certification. • Specialized skills in data analytics, machine learning, or agentic workflows. • Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives.
