📋 Description
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to join our high-performing Professional Services Team. • This role bridges the gap between customer needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful design, delivery, and adoption of products and services. • Collaborate with clients across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance, innovative designs, and tailored solutions. • Act as the technical liaison and trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements. • Architect end-to-end solutions that align with customer needs, leverage product suite and third-party technologies. • Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, ensuring scalability and other best practices. • Work closely with various teams to ensure successful solution delivery and provide technical leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficient in cloud platforms, enterprise software, and system integrations. • Experience with [specific technologies or platforms your organization uses] is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of solution design principles, security best practices, and software development lifecycle methodologies. • 5+ years in a Solution Architect, Technical Sales Engineer, or related role within Professional Services or a Cloud Platform Sales organization. • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex solutions across diverse industries and regions. • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and building lasting relationships. • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
