Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Sales coordinator or similar role. β€’ Experience in call centers or BPOs environments with a focus on chat-based sales is a plus. β€’ Strong understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural nuances and sales trends. β€’ Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. β€’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions. β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude. β€’ Proficiency in CRM and chat management tools β€’ Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. β€’ Fluent in English; any additional language proficiency relevant to the EMEA region is a plus.
