Description

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of chat sales agents to achieve sales targets. • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals. • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data trends, and present findings. • Continuously review and refine chat sales processes for efficiency and improved response times. • Analyze customer support metrics to create reports and meet sales targets. • Foster a culture of customer-first sales to drive retention and repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales coordinator or similar role. • Experience in call centers or BPOs environments with a focus on chat-based sales is a plus. • Strong understanding of the EMEA market, including cultural nuances and sales trends. • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude. • Proficiency in CRM and chat management tools • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Fluent in English; any additional language proficiency relevant to the EMEA region is a plus.
