Description

•The Head of B2B Marketing is responsible for driving growth by developing and nurturing relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential partners, overseeing B2B strategies. •This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the B2B team, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the best possible service for our partners and customers. •The Head of B2B Marketing ensures that Holafly continues to expand its market presence and remains a leader in the eSIM industry. •Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. •Design and manage customer acquisition strategies to scale across international markets, focusing on both B2B and B2C channels. •Oversee the planning and execution of events, including product launches, conferences, and industry trade shows, ensuring they align with brand objectives and contribute to lead generation. •Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase press coverage, manage social media presence, and amplify the brand’s voice across digital channels. •Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to continuously refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. •Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns, both online and offline. •Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, optimize ROI, and inform decision-making processes.

Requirements

•Proven experience in Growth and acquisition to lead and scale growth marketing initiatives, particularly in tech-driven industries. •Experience organizing events and working with agencies to create impactful brand experiences. •Strong network in the press industry and a solid understanding of how to manage brand reputation across various social media platforms. •Fluency in English (C1 minimum). Spanish desirable. •Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling for work as required, including attending events, conferences, and team meetings. •Ability to assess and measure the success of marketing activities using relevant KPIs and marketing analytics tools, Available for constant business travel. •Team Player: A collaborative leader with strong communication skills, capable of inspiring and aligning cross-functional teams. •Experience in the travel or tourism sector is desirable. •Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
