Description

• As a Off-Page SEO Manager you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in implementing effective link building strategies to improve a website's authority and visibility in search engines. • Develop and execute a comprehensive off-page SEO and digital PR strategy to enhance domain authority, boost search rankings, and drive organic traffic • Build and lead a team of off-page SEO specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management • Lead the planning and execution of link-building campaigns, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality, authoritative backlinks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate off-page SEO best practices into the overall digital marketing strategy • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging link-building techniques • Conduct regular analysis and reporting to assess the effectiveness of link-building efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in off-page SEO - a track record of achieving measurable results in a similar role • Fluent English; Spanish will be considered an advantage • Demonstrated success in acquiring high-quality backlinks and improving domain authority • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors • Proficiency in using tools such as Ahrefs, Majestic, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to negotiate terms and conditions to reach a backlink agreement • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Creative mindset that allows for out-of-the-box thinking to attract backlinks in creative ways
