• Proven track record in sales and business development in the post sales / after sales industry – ideally related to one or more of the above industry verticals • Experience of leading and supporting the development of a compelling customer solution • Deep market knowledge of some of the listed verticals (Mobiles, Consumer Electronics, Urban E-Mobility, Payment & Retail, Robotics / Life Science, Other Tech / Emerging Tech) • Solid understanding of Reverse Supply Chain as well as Service, Return and Repair Operation • Conceptionally strong and analytic mindset to develop the compelling sales pitch • Self-assured and persuasive appearance to talk with C-level business partners • Ability to work in a pressurized environment and remote from piers • Fluent in English, written and spoken, any additional language is a plus
