• Own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a product line within the portfolio • Lead a product team to ensure the overall success of a product line • Be a product champion within our company and for our clients by understanding the market needs, players, trends, and opportunities in the healthcare payments space • Work with your product team to develop detailed product requirements and translate into user stories for implementation by engineering • Help lead a group of product managers focusing on various areas of the payments product suite • Engage with partners, prospects, and customers to drive product vision • Drive product go-to-market strategies and execute on successful launch plans with the support of marketing and client solutions colleagues • Build business cases for new products and feature enhancements by collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and operations groups • Work with your product team to manage escalations, investigate issues and prioritize fixes while tracking product and business metrics to drive outcomes

Requirements

• 7 + years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS healthcare environment using an Agile development methodology • Experience in developing and launching successful applications, preferably payment processing or similar applications • Experience in the payments industry, or with a payment solution, including online/ecommerce, card present/POS, and recurring/card on file payments • Experience with creating and integrating to payment APIs/SDKs, including hosted payment options, NFC/EMV, and P2PE is a plus • Ability to set a product vision and strategy and to translate it into a concrete product roadmap • Experience writing requirements and driving user stories through development sprints • Experience leading product initiatives across multiple product teams • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication skills • Preferred experience in people management
