📋 Description
• Help deliver better care for billions of people around the world. • Drive the development and execution of North America Automation capital projects as assigned. • Lead and leverage TSP teams in developing and executing tasks related to layout, installment, capacity, and delivery on project objectives. • Actively collaborate with procurement and management to drive strategic project metrics through TSPs. • Coach and mentor TSPs and Project team members to increase technical understanding and execution of programs. • Ensure value engineering/cost savings activities are prioritized and executed. • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to achieve logistics objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related). • 15+ years of related technical experience, recognized experience/knowledge in at least one area of technology. • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering on capital projects - management/execution. • Knowledge and demonstrated success in leveraging Project Management Practices (PMP). • Up to 50% travel is required to support project execution needs – including installations, mill and vendor visits as projects dictate.
