📋 Description

• You’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. • Drive the development and execution of North America Material Movement Automation capital projects using Project Management Practices (PMP) process as projects are assigned. • Ensure all work complies with Corporate Safety, Regulatory, and Quality requirements. • Effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes R&E, Supply Chain, mill operations, procurement, equipment suppliers and with a focus on external service providers. • Drive a culture of protected and documented innovation to protect and defend K-C proprietary technology, products, and business processes through appropriate use of patents and trade secrets. • Consistent role modeling, growth and coaching within K-C Ways of Working.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related). • 15+ years of related technical experience, recognized experience/knowledge in at least one area of technology. • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering on capital projects - management/execution. • Knowledge and demonstrated success in leveraging Project Management Practices (PMP). • 30-50% Travel is required to support project execution needs – including installations, mill and vendor visits as projects dictate.
