📋 Description

• The Distinguished Engineer is a top-tier technical leader responsible for shaping Syniti’s long-term technology vision and ensuring we remain at the forefront of data solutions and enterprise software innovation. • This role operates beyond an individual contributor scope, serving as a strategic advisor to engineering leadership, product teams, and business stakeholders. • Distinguished Engineers lead org-wide technology decisions, drive high-stakes innovation, and influence global industry best practices. • They are also visible external thought leaders, representing Syniti at conferences, open-source communities, and technical forums. • Their contributions have far-reaching impact, improving platform scalability, security, and architecture – ultimately driving revenue growth and competitive differentiation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership • Proven experience driving large-scale, cross-team technical initiatives in enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms • Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS preferred), and full-stack development • Master of Go, C#, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL databases, and modern DevOps practices • Experience in aligning technical decisions with business and product goals • Ability to evaluate and prioritize technology investments for maximum ROI • Strong track record of influencing executives, product teams, and external stakeholders • Contributions to open-source projects, patents, or technical publications • Experience representing a company in industry forums, research collaborations, or speaking engagements • Ability to forecast technology trends and integrate emerging innovations into company strategy • Outstanding mentorship skills, with a history of developing senior engineers • Proven ability to build and foster high-performance engineering cultures • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives and external audiences
