• ezCater seeks a Commercial Counsel for legal support to sales • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts • Collaborate with various teams to address customer requirements • Support continuous improvement of agreements and policies • Design and deliver contracts-related training for sales teams • Advise on marketing materials and B2B product claims

Requirements

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school • Admission to any state bar or the District of Columbia bar • 3+ years experience supporting B2B sales organizations in contract negotiations • Experience in the tech industry, particularly online marketplaces • 6+ years legal experience in law firm and in-house environments • Strong track record of efficiently drafting and negotiating commercial agreements • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Drive collaboration and work independently • Interacted with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill levels
