• Assist the SVP and General Counsel in privacy and litigation matters • Provide advice on privacy laws and regulations • Manage regulatory inquiries and litigation activities • Supervise non-attorney staff as needed • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and trends

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited college/university required • Five (5) years of privacy or privacy-related experience required • Litigation experience required • Knowledge of federal and state privacy laws, regulations, and standards required • Strong customer service and team orientation
