Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, ideally using React on the front end and/or Ruby on Rails on the backend • A tenacious motivation around the outcome, where code is the means to the end • Experience with collaborating on the surfacing, the definition, and the implementation of experiments - either A/B or Pre/Post tests • Understanding of user behavior and experience with user-centric design • Solid SQL / relational database experience (Postgres is what we use, but not required) • A strong appetite for learning, relentless curiosity, and an ability to leverage what you learn to make our products better • A thirst for personal and professional growth • A friendly, flexible, and pragmatic disposition.
